7. Out of Stock

• We will do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occassionally.
• If an item you have ordered is not currently available, we will contact you and offer you one of the following alternatives:
  (1) you can select a substitute item; or
  (2) we can remove the item from your order and issue a refund via Paypal.

8. Retuns

• All sales are final. Exchange only on defective or wrong item shipped.
• Notify us within 72 hours of merchandise receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number . We will not accept returns if longer than that has elapsed.
• All refused orders will result in 20% restocking fee, and/or reshipping charges.

9. Continuous Cuts of Ribbons

• When you purchase ribbons from i.xhop Connection, we cut your ribbons and trims to order. If you order 5 yards of ribbon, you will receive a 5 yards length of ribbon. We try out best to provide a continuous cut of ribbon whenever possible. If we are unable to provide a continuous cut, we will compensate with additional length of ribbon.
