You can choose to view/pay in US Dollar(US$) or Singapore Dollar (S$).
The choice of currency is located at the left hand panel, just underneath our logo.
Goods are shipped from Singapore.
We ship worldwide.
There is no miminium purchase amount.
We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST).
All goods are 100% brand new.
No further discount will be given except during our sales period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.
i.xhop Connection is an online store only, and we do not operate a shop (bricks and mortar) or warehouse that is open to the public.

Place your order online via our secured shopping cart. Simply add the items you want to your shopping bag and then click on the "Checkout" button. There will be instructions to guide you through the checkout process.

We accept Paypal only (All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal).
Payment is easy and straight forward with Paypal. After you have completed shopping, just click on the "Checkout" button and you will be directed to Paypal secured site for payment.

We will email an order confirmation upon successful submission of the order within 24 hours, usually immediately.
If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us so we may investigate.

Cancellation of partial or entire orders prior to shipping will be subject to 20% re-stocking fees.

We will do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occassionally.
If an item you have ordered is not currently available, we will contact you and offer you one of the following alternatives:
(1) you can select a substitute item; or
(2) we can remove the item from your order and issue a refund via Paypal.

All sales are final.
We will gladly accept defective products for an exchange or refund. We must be informed via email within 72 hours of merchandise receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please be assured that your items will be packed with utmost care and nothing will be spared to ensure that the items reach the destination in good shape.

Ribbons are not cut until your order is received. We try our best to provide a continuous cut of ribbon wherever is possible.
This means that when you order 3 yards of ribbon (same color), you will receive 1 piece that is a continuous 3 yards in length. No cuts or split in your ribbon.
We endeavor to continuous cut all the orders, but do not guarantee larger quantities will be supplied in 1 continuous length. If we are unable to do so, we will compensate with with additional length of ribbon.
