Shipping
All goods are shipped from Singapore. We welcome everybody from anywhere in the world to buy from us. We strive to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.
Shipping Charges
We do not charge handling fees. Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate at per weight interval. So buy more save more!
To preview shipping charges, add the items to the shopping cart and do a checkout. It will be displayed before payments are made.
All parcel will be sent by registered mail, which requires a signature upon arrival.
For Singapore customers, parcel below 100g will be sent via normal mail.
If your order is above 4kg, the system is unable to calculate shipping and handling. Please email us for a quote.
Order Processing Time
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
Delivery Time
For international customers, 90% of shipments reach most countries within 1-3 weeks. However, international shipping could take up longer than that due to the factors as follows:
- the heightened aviation security because of mail bombs issue,
- the customs clearance time of your country,
- the processing time of your local postal service.
For Singapore customers, Singapore Post may take 1 to 2 business days to deliver.
Shipping Address
We ship only to the address and recipient as per your Paypal account. We will NOT ship to any other
address. This is required by PayPal in order to be covered by their protection. Please make sure that your Paypal account is updated with all your current information before payment.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship international orders via Singapore Post, UPS or use any of such courier companies as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and DPEX.
For light-weight orders we ship via Registered Airmail by Singapore Post. All other parcels will be shipped by courier as it works out to be cheaper and/or safer to reach your destination.
Tracking Number
Tracking number will be provided upon request. Online tracking facility for Registered Air Mail may not be available for some of the countries, but may be tracked on Singapore Post website.
Customs and Duties
The shipping charges you pay to us do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.
However we cannot guarantee that such charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country.
We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
If you refuse to pay the customs and duties when your order arrives, the shipment will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
