All goods are shipped from Singapore. We welcome everybody from anywhere in the world to buy from us. We strive to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges are calculated based on based on weight and destination, with only a minimal handling fee to cover mailing, packaging, handling and export documentation. It will be displayed at checkout before payments are made. All parcels will be sent by registered mail, which require a signature upon arrival.
International: Actual weight + US$3.00 handling fee
Singapore : Actual weight + US$1.50 handling fee
Shipping charges are calculated based on every 100 grams for the first 1000 grams (1 kg), and every 500 grams thereafter. For example:
if your package weighs 120 grams, the weight will be rounded-off to 200 grams.
if your package weighs 1100 grams, the weight will be rounded-off to 1500 grams.
So the more you buy the more you save on shipping charges.
If your order is above 5000 grams (5 kg), the system is unable to calculate shipping and handling. Please email us for a quote.
Due to the complexity of shipping to hundreds of different countries, and the widely varying shipping costs to different countries, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges for your order. However, we will notify you via email if the shipping charges will be higher than what is shown on your shopping cart, and let you choose whether or not to complete your order.
Order Processing Time
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
Delivery Time
For international customers, 90% of shipments reach most countries within 6-14 business days but could take up longer than that.
Delivery time is given by individual carrier and it is only estimation. Please understand that shipment can be subjected to customs clearance, delays in destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches, which may require additional days.
For Singapore customers, Singapore Post may take 1 to 3 business days to deliver.
Shipping Address
We ship only to the address as per your Paypal account. We will NOT ship to any other address. Please make sure that your Paypal account is updated with all your current information.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship international orders via Singapore Post, UPS or use any of such courier companies as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and DPEX.
For light-weight orders we ship via Registered Airmail by Singapore Post. All other parcels will be shipped by courier as it works out to be cheaper and/or safer to reach your destination.
Tracking Number
Tracking number will be provided upon request. Online tracking facility for Registered Air Mail may not be available for some of the countries, but may be tracked on Singapore Post website.
Customs and Duties
The shipping charges you pay to us do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. However we cannot guarantee that such charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
If you refuse to pay the customs and duties when your order arrives, the shipment will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
