Shipping Charges

You do not pay shipping for those items marked with "FREE SHIPPING."

For items with shipping charges, we do not charge handling fees. Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate at per weight interval. So buy more save more!

Order Processing Time
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
Please allow more processing time for larger order.

Delivery Time
For international customers, 90% of shipments reach most countries within 1-3 weeks.

However, international shipping could take up longer than that due to the factors as follows:
- weather and holiday seasons,
- the heightened aviation security because of mail bombs issue,
- the customs clearance time of your country,
- the processing time of your local postal service.

For Singapore customers, Singapore Post may take 1 to 3 business days to deliver.

Order above US$30 (before shipping) will be upgraded to shipping by Registered Mail with Tracking Number for FREE!

If your order is below US$30 (before shipping), you can request for Registered Mail with Tracking Number at additional US$2.50 HERE.

WHY REGISTERED MAIL?
- Includes tracking, signature confirmation and insurance
- The package will need to be signed for

In event of lost package, we will be able to make a full refund or a resend.

Shipping Address
We ship only to the address and recipient as per your Paypal account. We will NOT ship to any other address. This is required by PayPal in order to be covered by their protection. Please make sure that your Paypal account is updated with all your current information before payment.

Shipping Carriers
We typically ship international orders via Singapore Post, or use any of such courier companies as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and DPEX.

Customs and Duties
The shipping charges you pay to us do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. However we cannot guarantee that such charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

If you refuse to pay the customs and duties when your order arrives, the shipment will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
